Standard inclusions cover 1,500 SF on the ground floor plus a 450 SF finished mezzanine, full HVAC, custom lighting, Swisstrax flooring, finished walls, a designer restroom, and 24/7 gated access. Mezzanine windows frame the surrounding desert and mountain landscape. Comfortable space for 6 to 8 cars, or 10+ with lifts. RV-capable configurations are available with 14' tall garage doors and 50-amp electrical service included as standard.
