The Vault returns to Charleston with 43 luxury studio suites on Daniel Island, following a Mount Pleasant community that sold out before it opened. Suites start at 1,000 SF (combinable into larger suites) on a 20x50 footprint under soaring 24-foot ceilings, with a 14' × 16' automatic overhead door, full HVAC, and room overhead for a loft. Drive-through suites also available.

21 remain at pre-construction pricing of $450,000, with deposits refundable until groundbreaking.

Groundbreaking planned for September 15th.
