Motor Vault Lakeside at Lake Keowee is a gated community of 49 privately owned garage suites near SC 133 and SC 183 in Six Mile, SC. Located ~3 miles from Sunset Marina and the Warpath Landing ramp.
Suites run from 1,000 to 1,625 sq ft, in widths of 20, 25 and 30 feet. Most are 50 feet deep, with longer 65 and 80 foot suites and 20 x 60 pull-throughs for boats, trailers and RVs. Adjacent suites can be combined while they’re still unreserved. Groundbreaking is targeted for early 2027.
Every suite is deeded real estate, titled in your name and delivered as a completed shell ready to customize. Each one has at least 18 feet of clear height, with room for lifts. Each also has an insulated commercial overhead door plus a separate man door, HVAC, its own electric meter and stubbed plumbing.
Amenities: owners share a members-only clubhouse with an outdoor patio, an open-air pull-through wash bay, a dump station and restrooms.
