Entry-level product starts near $200 per square foot in areas like Del Valle, Sugar Land, and Dripping Springs, while premium developments in Plano, Austin, and the Hill Country command $300+ per square foot and individual units above $500,000. At the top end, Concours D' Elegance near Lake Travis in Austin offers suites from $443,000 to over $2 million with helipad, marina, and clubhouse access. The core market for a standard climate-controlled unit with mezzanine clusters between $269,000 and $465,000.
What sets Texas apart is the sheer volume of new development activity. Roughly 17 projects are currently under construction, in pre-sale, or in active development which is more pipeline activity than nearly any other state.
