Medina AutoMotorPlex (161 units, sold out) established Minnesota as a national leader in the luxury car condo category, with units ranging from 500 to 5,000 square feet and prices starting at $250,000. ChanMotorPlex in Chanhassen (100 units, 1 for sale) cemented the concept with its cars-and-community model, pricing from $250,000 to $1,250,000. Both developments maintain active resale markets which is a signal of sustained demand and equity-building potential for owners. Motor Condos at Independence is another premium active project, with 120 units including 3,400-square-foot three-story showpieces, a dedicated owners' pavilion and bar, and new units hitting the market in 2026.
