Also “The LUX” garage condos in the Kansas City area are being planned / expanded, though pricing/size details are not fully public yet.

In terms of where pricing appears to land, it seems Missouri’s market entry point for dedicated garage condos is $300,000+, with increases depending on size, finish, door height, utility add-ons, and security/amenity features. The Independence project in particular is one of the more concrete signals of that starting price. There aren’t many widely publicized “premium” or trophy-level units beyond that in Missouri yet (as best as current public listings show).
